Knee Scooter South Africa: was started by Linda Gawronsky in 2016 after her brother had extensive foot surgery and couldn’t use crutches so looked around for an alternative that was easy to use, that allowed for freedom of movement and was easy to transport.

Wheelchair Gloves

Wheelchair gloves are worn to protect the hands of a manual wheelchair user. Pushing a wheelchair regularly can cause calluses and blisters, but wearing wheelchair gloves designed especially for wheelchair users can prevent these problems and improve your grip so that you are able to push your wheelchair better. There are many different styles of gloves for wheelchair users, such as finger-less gloves, padded gloves, and full finger cycle gloves. Build Up Grips: Build Up Grips are great to enable a broader grip for people with painful, stiff or weak joints. The versatile closed cell foam tubing is ideal for adding a built up handle on household items such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cutlery and pens, making them easier to grip. You simply slip them over the handle of the object you want to use.
